Rates for Complicated Legal Matters
A lawyer from Caldwell's Referral Attorney network will charge members
no more than $85.00 per hour in-office ($125.00 in New York), out of
office, or in court. Considering that the average attorney now charges
more than $175.00 per hour, plan members receive a hard value and a
great bargain for first rate service.

Living Trust
Caldwell Legal, USA ® members are offered a discounted price on
top quality trust work. With an estate plan tailored to meet your needs,
you may be able to save your beneficiaries from paying unnecessary money
for tax and probate of your estate. An important way to continue to
take care of your family even after you are gone.
Probate
The probate of estates is handled by a Caldwell Referral Attorney at
a 25% reduction from the statutory fee. If you've ever had to hire an
attorney to probate an estate, you know that they all charge virtually
the same amount, down to the penny -- that is they all tend to charge
the maximum amount allowable under the Probate Code. Caldwell Referral
Attorneys have agreed to reduce their price by 25%. That means 25% more
in the pockets of the beneficiaries for the same level of legal service.
Patents,
Trademarks & Copyrights
Have you ever had a great idea you wanted to promote? Protect your great
idea with a patent, trademark, or copyright. Members are charged a substantially
reduced fee.
Reduced Fee Services
25% Reduction off the Attorney's usual and customary fee - Tax, Probate
Litigation, Title Insurance, Securities, Anti-Trust matters. Availability
basis only.
Pre-Existing
Legal Matters
New subscribers are not excluded from taking care of their pre-existing
legal matters. Your Legal Service Office (LSO) Attorney, or a lawyer
from Caldwell's Referral Attorney network will reduce their fees by
25% for pre-existing legal matters.

ADDITIONAL BENEFIT INFORMATION
Travel Service
You can have access to a local lawyer in your home state and a panel
of attorneys located across the United States.
Eligible Dependents
Named Subscriber's spouse, dependent children, step-children, or legally
adopted children, up to age 19 (23 if full-time student).
Effective Date
Your plan takes effect the date the application and fee is received.

The Caldwell Legal, USA ® Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Legal Plan,
simply return the Plan documents to us within the first 30 days and
receive a full refund of the membership fee. (The enrollment fee is
non-refundable) You are guaranteed a full refund during the first thirty
days (30) even if you have used the plan during this period.
